Lennard the champion

We often use this platform to create awareness of abuse and poor service and we never take the time to write about the champions out there who make a difference. Lennard at Panarottis TygerValley. You know some people can make a place great. I look at hoe Lennard serves his customers. He does not take orders and place them on your behalf. He literally serves you. If I asked Lennard to feed me, he probably would have. People Like Lennard should really be part of leadership. Why, because with them around, their thinking, their passion, they bring a twist to things. If I have a restaurant, I put Lennard as a manager, I will know that the rest of the staff will perform at a level he is happy with and that is only exceptional. I am not encouraging promotions. I am simply saying, Panarotti's Tyger Valley, Bellville has a star and we should do our best to keep him happy too and we should have the desire to want for him to succeed in life too. He deserves it.
