Lack of service

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been a loyal/regular customer of Panarottis, but recently I have been going less and less, mainly because of the service aspect. But what I received today (22nd May) was just the last straw. Me and a friend was at Zevenwacht mall's Panarottis and we arrived at 09:00 and there was almost no customers (so the kitchen was busy is not an excuse) We ordered and waited longer than usual for our drinks, but we where fine with this. No waiter after deliver of the drinks came to check on us nor gave us feedback on our food. after roughly 40minutes we asked where our food was and the person left, and never gave us an answer and at +- 09:46 we left as waiting for +- 50minutes for 2x breakfast pizzas is in my opinion ridiculous. We did get the drinks for free, which is a nice gesture, but that is not why we visited Panarottis and ended up having to go to a KFC for our food. I sadly won't recommend nor take my friends to Panarottis again as you as the "host" gets embarrassed by recommending Panarottis.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Victor</p> <p> </p>
