Inconsiderate manager on customer complaints

I don't think Panarottis Kolonade takes their customers serious....I have had 2 incidents with them already. First incident they served seafood pasta on a chipped bowl, requested they rectify as I'm eating the pasta I found myself close to swallowing a sharp bottle...they call in Manager he doesn't apologise says we must forgive because his staff has families too....I couldn't believe it , my husband was fuming I could have got a cut on the mouth, throat or something due to their negligence ...I'm not happy with their service, at all.
