Incomplete meal

We went out for pizza on Thursday (24/03/2022), the food was amazing, we were not given the Parmesan. Upon asking as why didn't we have it, the waiter simply brushed it off and went away. Asked for the bill and the floor manager walks up to us and ask if we are ok, of course not. We then relay our concern, to which he escalate to one of the managers, after that the waiter brings us the cheese; way after we were done eating. Leaving us wondering as to why this kind of service, when we know these things are standard, i.e. parmesan cheese, garlic and chili. Apart from being a paying customer, just what the night out meant for us; only to be ruined by an incomplete meal (which we tried to enjoy by all means).
