I visited the Balito Panarottis, i was appalled at the service I ordered a monsterito duo pizza, it was dry and the pizza base was hard

I visited the Balito Panarottis, i was appalled at the service I ordered a monsterito duo pizza, it was dry and the pizza base was hard . I spoke to the manager, he advised that that there’s an issue with their oven,,he would prepare a new one. To my disbelief I was served a burnt pizza, the base of the pizza was burned so badly that it should never be served at all ( i have pictures of the pizza that i can share) they did not examine the pizza . I advised the manager again he wanted to make me a new one which i refused .I am a regular customer and have been supporting panarottis for years .The way the entire process was handled is unacceptable.
