Huge dissapiontment in service and food
Saturday 18/07 I dropped my kids ages 7, 15 & 17 at Cape Gate and gave them money for lunch, off course Panarottis cos they make the best pizzas ever. Well not Saturday! They arrived home with doggy bags with left over pizza with burned crusts and so little toppings on top. It would appear that the kitchen ran out of ingredients. I raise my children to be humble and have respect for others. However my daughter informed me upon informing the waiter very nicely about all three pizza being burnt she just got a nasty look and was told that their pizza are cheap so stop complaining. This to me is not except able at all! We drive from Stellenbosch every other week to have a family dinner at this store and were very pleased thus far. Why was my children treated without respect? Is it because a parent/grown up was not accompanying them. Panarottis you have to get your staff on a higher level of customer service and I'm saying now ALL STAFF.
