Hostile Service: Panaritis Galleria Mall Amanzimtoti

I took my wife and kids out for supper at Panarotis Galleria 10 February 2023 around 20h30.

We ordered: 2 x pizzas and 2l coke,

I was advised that 2L isn't in stock, then I requested to either be sold an equivalent or be allowed to get 2L coke at next door outlet which was about 10 meters away from our table just so we can still enjoy our meals.

This request was refused, I was asked to pay for the pizzas which were not even delivered to us at time, and told to buy 1 litre coke at R69 each.

I found this experience very unwelcoming and insensitive as we had come for a sit in, but were forced to buy "take away" to due some "company policy"

I was attended by the duty manager(Mongi) whom I had asked invain several times for courtesy just so we are accommodated, after Mongi made a phone call to his superior (Sam Skeehap) who was off duty at a time,

I was told to either pay for the pizzas or he will call the police, which he later did, few minutes later, centre security arrived and opted to mediate , I later paid for the pizzas and left.

I have supported this company for years now, but this was my last visit there. Will never set my foot there again, will be sure all my friends and business associates know about this as well.
