Horrified

Visited Panarottis at Cornubia Mall. Absolutely horrified with what we witnessed. As we were having our lunch a ****roach was crawling on the seat my wife sat at. We immediately lost our appetite, super disgusting. Called the manager he tried getting rid of it however was not able to. He then blamed it on the Mall, saying the Mall is infested with roaches then saying Spur is evening worst you should not even eat there. Long story short, we are regular customers at Panarottis there almost every other week probably one of your most loyal customers however you have now lost me as a customer. At the end the manager apologized and gave me a R64.74 discount. If I posted the video I captured on social media you probably would loose 640000 customers.
