Horrific Experience - Ruined my Birthday

Say Khwela has ruined my birthday!!!! I am a loyal Panarottis customer and of all the places to have ny bday lunch at chose to come here. I ordered a pasta and my husband a pizza. The pizza was very runny, watery so my husband let the water know. She took the pizza away only to have a very arrogant, violent Sbo arrive claim that we lying, raise his voice scream at us and say we are talking s$%t. Is this customer experience? A gentleman that arrived before him, was handling us so well explaining the cherry tomatoes containing water etc. This arrogant Sbo screamed, said SHOW ME THE WATER, raised his hands and acted violently. This is not behavior I would like to have had at a restaurant on my bday. I would like formal action taken against him. Sbo also claimed to be the owner of the restaurant and said we could get out. I am both shocked and appalled. It is no wonder that this restaurant has so little customers. Rethink your manager Panorottis before you lose more loyal customers. PS , I was just here on the 4th Jan and here again. I love the place but will never return to this branch after this incident.
