Horrible service from Panarotti's The Grove

Really disappointed with Panarott's @ The Grove. <br> <br> We made a booking about a month ago for my sons birthday party and specifically requested the upstairs area by the childrens play area, the reason being the kids are small and we were wary of the stairs (one kid did get hurt on the stairs). <br> <br> The management at the venue confirmed the booking and everything was fine, even throughout the month when we phoned to confirmed they told us that it is fine and we can have the party there and can use the upstairs area. <br> <br> 30 minutes before the event started the manager phoned me and told me we could no longer use the upstairs area, because they forgot and if we still want to come through they will have to find us tables downstairs if any are available. We had to go along with this as some of our guests were already en-route. <br> <br> When we got there, the tables they had for us were still dirty and in use by other people and we had to wait till they finished before we could sit. <br> <br> In addition to the above we had to wait around 1 hour for our food (the restaurant was quiet), deal with the wrong orders being brought, had to re-order multiple times as the waiters forgot.<br> <br> It was a horrible experience!
