Horrible service

I am actually disgusted by the following insident. And i will NEVER support Panarottis ever again. On Wednesday afternoon (4th of November 2020) my fiancé accompanied me to Panarottis Tzaneen. I wanted to book a function for my matric class. I wanted to discuss decorations, theme and the menu and then ultimately make a deposit payment to confirm the booking.

On arrival, three waiters was standing at the door. The manager was busy helping the kitchen staff with food preparation. We stood there for almost 10 minutes unattended. The phone rang, the manager left her kitchen duties and came running to the door and instructed the waiters to assist us. They blatantly ignored her. She ran to answer the phone. Still no response from the outside personnel. We got upset by this behaviour and decided to leave. When we walked away, the waiters made no effort the talk to us. Blahbing away in a language we didn't understand.

We went to wimpy the discuss the above mentioned function, and they where more than helpful.

I might just as well add, that we were alone in the restaurant. There was no other customers that needed assistance, so the excuse of them being busy is an utter lie.

After the lockdown one would think that business strive to keep customers happy and satisfied. This is defnitely not the case.

I am shocked by this behaviour. The three waitrons obviously didn't want to help us. And i will not be going back there any soon.

I thought it to be very strange of them to let a customer leave the shop unattended.
