HORRIBLE SERVICE

I am extremely shocked and disgusted with horrible service I recently received from Panarottis Bayside Centre.<br> <br> I had gone to Panarottis restaurant in Bayside Centre to book for my daughters' birthday party and was even allowed to choose which section I would like to use.<br> I gave them my contact details and was then told that someone would call me prior to the party to confirm, etc.<br> <br> Firstly, I did not receive any phone call from anyone at the restaurant. <br> <br> Secondly, on arriving at the restaurant on the day of the birthday party had been told that the section I had booked was in use and they thought that the people sitting there would be done by the time we got there. <br> I had guests standing outside and waiting for 30 minutes past start time with no where to sit.<br> I was then told that 1 table was ready which most definitely was not enough space for my guests.<br> <br> Needless to say I was furious! This was unacceptable and the only thing the manager could tell me was \I'm sorry
