Horrible Kids Party Experience

I hosted my 10 year old child's party at Panarottis in Menlyn and the experience was awful. Abel, the manager, has failed to inform me that they do not allow children above 1,2m to play on the playground (a large playground, which was the reason I chose this specific place).

When I asked him why I was not informed when making the booking that they do not allow children over 1,2m onto the playground, he stated that he is not obliged to inform me of the restaurant's terms and conditions and proceeded to speak over me continuously.

He then asked all the kids to leave the playground, resulting in a group of disappointed kids. After 30min one of the attending kids father went to ask Abel what had happened and soon after that conversation Abel miraculously allowed the children, which were all over 1,2m back onto the playground.

I believe this situation could have been defused rather quickly, had Abel, the manager, been equipped with communicatuon skills. Please avoid this restaurant at all cost.
