Highly DONT recommend

So Sundays are our family time when we usually take a drive out and go for lunch and/or desert. We usually go to n1 branch but decided to try a different mall, we ended up at tygervalley. We sat down close to the play area for my daughter..it was the third table on the right hand side against the play area window. Our waiter takes our order..We waited 30minutes for 1 waffle and A kids ice cream, we also ordered 2 glasses of water, he only brought the one..desert was done he never came to check up on us, never even brought the second water after reminding him. I literally had to go fetch him at the kitchen to ask him for my water and for the bill...it took him another 15minutes to bring me HOT water, no ice..I asked him to bring me cold water..I waited another 20 minutes for water and BY this time he still never brought the bill. This is poor service especially because this panarottis is a wood fired branch which I've never been To. I had to walk to the till to get my bill of which the person behind the counter had to assist me...it's horrible!!
