Great service but poor product

I had a pizza at the Brits Mall recently and was extremely disappointed. The pizza was the worst I've ever had, almost raw, and hardly any colour on the bottom or the top. The condiments included bulk-garlic which was rancid. I give this place one star, but just for the service, which was excellent.
