Glasses on a drink.

To whom it concerns...<br> <br> On Sunday (13 March 2016) I took my sister out to Panarottis for lunch and we ordered pasta and juice with ice at the place, after indulging on her juice for while she notices that she's been chewing ice for a while and its not breaking. I immediately told her to spit it out and only to learn that she's been chewing glasses the whole time has swallowed a few. I informed Shepard (the senior manager at the restaurant) about this issue and he advised that we give him our contact details so that he can make follow up, however we didn't provide him with details as there wasn't much he could do about the matter even if we gave him details. My sister has now been off work for the past 2 days due to abdomen pains she's currently experiencing. As I'm logging this incident I'm taking her for an abdomen scan to see how much damage this has done and if these glasses can be cleared on her stomach. This has brought unbearable trauma to my family and I feel that some action must be taken against panarottis.
