Ghaa**** saves the day! But this franchise division still sucks!

Hi there. I would like to express the WORST experience regarding your collaboration with the hyperli deals. My partner and I purchased an online deal that stipulated, two large gourmet pizzas with a 1L coke for R159.99 on Saturday 16 November 2019. The location was restricted which only allowed us to obtain the order from Vangate Mall Panarottis. We called on three different occasions to actually place this order, the staff advised my partner that the voucher deal was no longer valid. I then enquired with hyperli only to confirm the deal is still active. After many phone calls later we finally managed to place an order with the discounted deal. Upon collection the manager on duty at the time mixed up our order. Imagine my frustration at this point. We had other obligations to attend to and this was so much of a setback. Once we arrived home we noticed there was no cooldrink included as per the voucher, as we had such a bad experience at the branch I was livid to say the least. I called numerous times to report and express my disappointment. However my call kept being disconnected. I then immediately requested to speak to a manager. The waiter advised a new manager had just started his shift in which I explained all of the above including my complaint not being taken seriously. The manager at Panarottis Vangate mall by the name of Ghaa**** apologized profusely for the treatment and struggle I experienced. Ghaa**** took the liberty to personally deliver the coke and the correct pizza we initially ordered (creamy mayo). Ghaa**** has definitely managed to salvage a situation that would have taken my complaint to the next level. However I would like this message to be acknowledged with the great customer service experience received by Ghaa****. Please award this man for a job well done. At least one person at this franchise understands the definition of good service. Thank you again Ghaa****. PS this man gets 10 stars but your branch should either shut down or let Ghaa**** manage it entirely.
