Full price to get a half glass

<p>So I ordered a strawberry daqarui and asked for my ice separate, which I do at every Spur and every Panarottis. The waiter brings me a half glass, literally half. I sent it back as I won't be paying a full price for a half glass. The manager Tino tells me that's how they will serve it since my ice is separate. I've NEVER received such bad service. I left and definitely won't be returning. </p>
