FROZEN CHICKEN

Service at Panarottis Gold Reef City was very disappointing & pathetic. Worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. We were tryin to celebrate my in-laws Wedding Anniversary and my birthday but they spoilt my day. We ordered 2 x Kiddies pastas, 1 x Flatbread, 2 x pizzas and 2 spatch**** chicken with chips. Kiddies meals was served after 10min....another 20min we get our flat bread...another 30min we get pizzas plus 2 plates of 10 chips in each , we were almost done with our pizzas when the 2 chicken were served. When we cut into the chicken , 1 was still frozen and the other was cold. We immediately called the manager , he came and took the 2 plates away and advised he will sort out. After 5 minutes the cold chicken was returned and eaten. 20min went by still no sign of the 2nd chicken. We called the manager again, I told him to keep his chicken. We did not come for a 3 course meal, we expected to receive our entire order all at once, considering the restaurant was empty. Furthermore this was our second time we received raw & frozen chicken. He asked for some time to please rectify the matter. By this time my patience had run out and i was furious. He did ask to sing Happy BDay to which I refused.
