FOURWAYS MALL PANAROTTIS IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

Panarottis pizza pasta FOURWAYS MALL is the worst. I not once but twice had a bad experience. Today I thought I'll give them a try and I REGRET IT. The Alfredo is wet and tasteless. The cutlery was dirty I had to rinse it with my tea and asked for another one. As if that was all, my 1 year old son spilled hot tea on himself and no one came to assist. I seat there in my table with my son locked in that baby chair. I left without being attended. By the way, it was empty. There were only two customers and yet I left the restaurant with no one coming to me. What a dump
