Fool me once

Went to the Bay West store for Thursday special tonight. <br> Boy was it special, especially awful the service anyway. <br> Waited 10 minutes just to be told I needed to get my name put on a list. Was then told I would need to wait 30 minutes, just for when I return in 30 minutes for people to be pushed ahead of me and waiting another 10 minutes before I could be seated. <br> There was never enough pizza to go around, every time a waiter walked past their serving plate was empty.<br> I ordered a coke which took 17 minutes to arrive after waiter completely forgot about us. 17 minutes is from when I got tired of waiting and started timing, which I showed the waiter, but never got a response. 17 minutes is roughly how long I waited for each slice of pizza before getting up a leaving due to pathetic service.<br> 50 minutes and R70 for 3 average slices of pizza.<br> You fooled me once shame on you, doubt you will ever have an opportunity to fool me twice.<br> I am always loyal to good service, but apparently Panarottis doesn't know what that is.
