My disappointment is compounded by the fact that I traveled all the way from Brackenfell, a journey of approximately 40 minutes, specifically to dine at your establishment.

Upon arrival, I was eagerly anticipating a delicious meal, only to be met with disappointment at every turn. The pizzas I ordered were sloppily made and drenched in sauce, which completely ruined the taste and presentation of the dish. As a loyal customer who traveled a considerable distance to dine at Panarottis Table Bay Mall, I expected much better quality and attention to detail.

Furthermore, the latte I ordered was of extremely poor quality, lacking the taste and texture that one would expect from a reputable establishment like Panarottis. It was undeniably the worst latte I have ever had, and it was a complete waste of both my time and money.

Additionally, I must address the unsatisfactory service provided by the waiter. Instead of addressing the issues with the food quality, the waiter continuously apologized for the lack of food etiquette displayed by other patrons. This not only added to my frustration but also highlighted the lack of professionalism and accountability within your establishment.

Overall, my experience at Panarottis Table Bay Mall was extremely disappointing, and I am left feeling deeply dissatisfied. As a loyal customer who traveled a considerable distance to dine at your establishment, I expect much better quality and service.
