Extremely poor service wait forever

We have not been to panarottis for 2 years due to the pandemic but thought we would go there today to your mall@carnival branch. What a big mistake!! 1st of all nobody to receive us at the entrance, we had to call out someone. Then we waited nearly 30 minutes for our meals and we were the ONLY patrons there!! No manager in sight. The Americano that comes with the breakfast came cold and not once did the manager show his/her face to check on us. One would think in trying times like this you would appreciate some extra business
