Extremely poor service!!!

After sitting down at 10:30 on Saturday morning, 2 Jan 2016, we informed the waiter that took our drinks order and our food order that our movie was to start at 11:00 and that we need our food quickly. Then 15minutes later when another waiter introduced himself as our waiter, we also informed him that we needed our food quickly to avoid missing the movie. We each ordered the plain special breakfast. At 10:55 with still no sign of food, a member of staff came walking into the restaurant with about 3 trays of eggs. I am extremely ****ed off that no one even bothered to inform us that there were no eggs furore breakfasts and that our food order would never have been ready on time. We left after complaining and the extremely poor management on duty at least had the presence of mind not to charge us for the drinks. Not only did we waste half an hour of our time, we never had the breakfast we ordered.<br> <br> I can promise that we will never visit that branch again and would advise any other friends and family not to go there either.<br> <br> <br> <br>
