Extremely poor service

This evening my family had what is likely the worst dining experience in our lives. While I did not initially look at my watch as to when we sat down, I believe we placed our food order no later than 6pm. At 6:30 we received the first childs meal. After more than 10 minutes, after I followed up, the second child meal arrived. At 6:50 I went to find a manager and explained that we had waited almost an hour for the remainder of the order (2 pizzas for my wife and I). At 7pm we had still not received the order. When I went to find the manager again he asked if we had received our pizzas. That was when I realised that I was wasting my time and in all likelihood the order had not even been started. I told the manager to take the two adult pizzas off the bill and bring it to us as we were leaving. Finalising the bill was also a c**** as they brought us the bill for another table. When I pointed this out to the waiter he asked me what was different. This was when I raised my voice and repeated that it was not my bill. Fortunately another waiter stepped in at that point. <br> This was not my only issue with the service this evening. I would like to commend Sipho for assisting us.
