Extremely Disappointing Experience From Start to Finish

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Panarottis Kolonnade. From the moment we arrived, nobody attended to us or showed us to a table. We had to look for a waiter ourselves because almost all the tables around us were dirty.

Things became worse when a dirty mug was brought to us for the milkshakes. Initially, the white marshmallows used were stained brown. When we raised the concern, the manager explained that it was because they are mixed with sweets, but honestly, that explanation was not reassuring at all.

The food was also very disappointing. I ordered the chicken and prawn pasta, which was completely tasteless. My husband ordered the chicken schnitzel, and it was so overcooked and crispy that he left a handful of crumbs because it was unpleasant to eat. Even the presentation of the meals was underwhelming.

We genuinely tried to give this branch another chance despite a previous incident in 2022 where I found a bottle in my pasta. At the time, when we confronted management, we were told to “consider that the waiters and cooks have families,” which felt dismissive instead of addressing the seriousness of the issue. Unfortunately, after multiple bad experiences, I can confidently say the quality, cleanliness, and customer care have not improved.
