Exceptional Service 🙂

Exceptional service from staff at Panarottis Pizza @ Carnival City yesterday (18-10-2021) from waitress called Buhle and manager on duty, forgot her name. Mistake happened with our meal and we didn't cause any drama. But she came through and assisted and gave us another one on the house. I'm not happy that I didn't pay for the meal, but I understand their gesture. Great service otherwise and at least I did give out tips to the waitresses to show I didn't have issues with mistakes on meals. Great Service and we will still come again and again and again.
