Excellence service! which is hard to come by these days

The Panarottis at the Zone in Rosebank provides excellent service. I ordered 2 pastas and herb bread last week. They sent me garlic instead of herb bread. When I pointed it out they immediately apologized and offered to replace it with another bread or pasta. They took responsibility for their mistake and tried to rectify it, unlike other service providers. The food is delicious and the staff are always pleasant, helpful and efficient.
