Empty promises

<p>I am very unhappy about the empty promises that Panarotti's made on 2 August 2016.</p> <p>My family and I had breakfast at Panarotti's in the Vaal Mall on Tuesday, 2 August 2016. I spoke to the Manager and requested if I may book a table for 10 people that same evening. The occasion was my daughter's 9th birthday. The Manger said that since there is a special running on Tuesday's, no booking can be made. She did say that if I arrive at 17:30, that I would not wait more than 10 minutes. This was accepted.</p> <p>My family and I arrived at 17:20. The manger kept on saying that we will not wait more than 20 minutes. This was however not the case. After 50 minutes (and an unhappy birthday girl) we went to another restaurant.</p> <p>An arrangement was made in the morning with the same Manager, and we kept to our part of the deal. If no arrangement can be made, then the Manager shouldn't commit to promises she can't keep.</p> <p>If it was not my daughter's birthday, it wouldn't have been as dissapointing.</p> <p>Can you please compensate my daughter with the dinner she should have had on her birthday. Her first choice was Panarotti's.</p> <p>Thank you in advance</p>
