Doesn't even deserve one star

<p>Visited the branch yesterday.... After placing our drinks order, the waiter returned taking our food order. She then disappeared only to return after 45 minutes then asking us if everything is OK. Obviously not, we waited 45 minutes for our order, she then said they probably in the oven and left again, eventually the food came - After 1 hour of waiting! Once we were done, waited a further ten minutes for a waiter to notice us. When leaving, the bill got handed to me at the door, not once asking me for my panarottis card to swipe. Pathetic service.
