DOES NOT LIVE UP TO THE NAME

After 10min of waiters looking at us and walking by, someone eventually got us a table considering it was quiet at the time. I decided to order the SPINACH AND RICOTTA CANNELLONI. The waiter told me this item has been out of stock for about 4 weeks and there was only one other vegetarian pasta on the menu. Only 2 vegetarian pasta options for such a big franchise, I remember there been a larger variety of vegetarian pastas but it seems it has been taken off the menu. So we settled for pizzas, we asked for condiments from 4 waiters and not one brought any to us or even came to ask how was the meal. We even had to wait for a simple take away box and the bill. It seems there is some sort of ****** culture as the people next to us had continuous service, the waiters that were ignoring us walked passed us straight to the people next to us giving the best service to them. Sadly this is not the first time we've experienced this, earlier in the year we waited an hour for our meal and by the time the beverages arrived we were ready to leave. Very disappointing and cold service, so much for panarottis been a family restaurant. Guess you have to be a certain skin color to get good service.
