Dissatisfaction

I just came back from Panarottis Canal Walk what an appauling experience I encountered with the guy that was serving us. We stood outside waiting to be seated and he kept on passing us without any assistance to my suprise he came to offer assistance after we have been seated and I asked him why was he passing us.

During the entire dinning there was no smile and passion for our table and there was bearly a conversation. I was struggling to finish my meal because of poor service but I had to for the sake of my son who wanted to dine out. I did not even get his name but I was there between 19:00 to 19:45 (estimated).

I wanted to scan for my points but he quickly grabed my slip of which I would like to have a copy of so that I scan for my points and enter the cimpetition.

This is what I had:

Kiddies ham and cheese pizza Wings with peri-peri Kiddies bubblegum milkshake Moito Mocktail

I paid R285.

I do not think I will go back to that restaurant and spend my hard earned money in misery.
