disgusting service panarottis canal walk

On the 08/09/2018 i had my sons birthday party at panarottis canal walk and gosh was i dissapointed with the service and attitude i received ,My waitress was Monica i booked for 6 kids and 4 adults my tables were there with not even a balloon in sight, just looked like a normal table i brought a cake which i was told was okay to do so.. we waited for his friends to come and she kept on wanting to give our table away. Then she took our drink orders and got that wrong i didnt say anything because they were relatively busy. Our pizza took so long too come and she was more intrested in seeing to her other tables than the party.. the first time i do a pary at panarottis and i will never do it again. I had a bunch of 11 year olds and i had to ask her to remove the dirty plates and knives and then she complained to her collegaues in her language ... they were kids and obviously they make a mess i sat at a dirty table till i left and when we did leave we were sitting infront of the store waiting for parents to fetch the kids so monica ,the lady in the game room as well some of the waiters and manager where discussing and she was angry that she needed to clean up the table ...im really disgusted and dissappointed with the service recieved i cant fault the food in any way but your staff need proper training and do not advertise kiddies parties if you do not know how to host one or how to treat your paying customers and the guest
