DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM MANAGER

waited 15 minutes in line for a seat as I was excited taking my daughter to celebrate her 5th birthday! Order was placed and VOCHER was given for kiddies meal which had date and stamp for her birthday. I previously used the same VOCHER in same store last year with no hassle. SHEVON called my waiter argued with her and sent the waiter to tell me I cannot use it. I had to call SHEVON who greeted me with no smile at all and said loudly in front of customers I NEED SOME PROOF, IMAGINE I COME TO PANAROTTIS EVERYDAY AND SAY ITS MY BIRTHDAY ! the best part I am a regular at the same store and the waiters know me well ! She embarrassed me in front of customers I cancelled order and all she said was O.K and walked away! I drove all the way to N1 city panarottis to celebrate my daughters birthday which gave me no hassle and gave me Exellent service. I will never return until SHEVON IS PUT OUT !!! She dampened my girls special day for no reason! The proof was in the date and stamp of panarottis I want to know why?? Why did she do that for no reason it's a 5 year old innocent girls bday that she had to spoil with her disgusting behavior !
