Disgusting, pathetic, *********** \Manageress\""

Over a week ago, I has the displeasure of going to Panarottis and ordering a takeaway. When I got home, to my utter horror and shock, I found that the Pasta & Chicken had only 3 skinny little bits of chicken in it, nothing that could easily be found. When I dug deeply into it, then I found the sick little things hiding among the pasta. 3 tiny little pieces!!! I phoned them immediately and asked for the manager. The woman, Dominique told me she is the manager and she was surprised about how so little chicken was in there. I told her to look at the cameras and check. Then I asked her why they don't give takeaway clients a cash sales slip. She couldn't answer me. She also was very unhelpful and just thanked me for bringing it to their attention. She didn't tell me she was going to investigate and get back to me. She just wanted to end the call. I then asked her if she was not to get back to me. She then promised me that she would get back to me the next day. I waited patiently for her call and now over a week later, she has not called me!!! Panarotti's is very selective about whose complaints they handle. We are not valued customers and they treat us like cheap dirt!!!
