DISGUSTING FOOD AND SERVICE

Saturday 08 Aug – my family and I consisting of 12 people adults and kids decided to go out for breakfast for our parents was around for the weekend and every month when they are down we always go to Panarottis for breakfast. We have never had any bad issues until this Saturday that past. When my mum was ordering her meal she requested that she does not want any chips with her meal but my dad advised that he will have her portion of chip for even if it’s eaten or not it will still be paid for. After my family and I was served with our meals my nephew found that there was hair on his pizza that he had ordered and he complained to the waiter and they sorted him out with a new order. A few minutes later while I was eating I decided to try the sausage and found that there was also hair under it. With total disgust I spat out my food and called for the manager and when the manager ( Carrie ) came over and my dad asked her if he could have a look at the staff that was preparing the food to see if they had a hair nets on and she refused saying to give her 5 minutes but we knew what that was about. The manager insisted that it was fiber from the mushroom but when I picked up the so called fiber that she advised about you could clearly see it was hair for I tried to pull it apart to see if it will break and it did not. The second manger came over by the name of Sam and she apologised but it was just a total put off. After this disgusting experience I was still hungry for I did not want to order another meal I asked the waiter about the chips what my mum did not want and the waited refused to bring the chips saying my mother said she did not want the chips. This is the worst experience that I have ever had one being with the hair on the foods and also being ****** for paying for something that we was refused.
