Disgusting attitude from manager

<p>After I've laid a complaint, the manager calls me back. Immediately she attacks me and gives me nasty attitude. Not wanting to hear my side of the story, but keeps attacking me by saying that they were not wrong and that its "my porogative"(her own words) . She hardly gave me a chance to speak, she just kept on saying that they are not wrong. I asked her what's the purpose of her calling me back if she's giving me so much attitude and disrespect,yet she keeps saying they are not wrong and then she drops the call without hearing what I would like to say. Never have I been so disrespected as a customer. Thank you Panarottis for the most disgusting service that I received from one of your employees. Will definitely not return to Stellenbosch. Disappointed. </p>
