Disgusted service at Panarottis matlosana mall

I visited panarottis on Sunday (02/12/19) during lunch time with my sister. We walked in and the manager (white man) showed us to our seats and left menus with us. This was at 13:15. 25 minutes later we have not been helped nor had any waiter even bothered to ask if we have been helped yet. I thought that maybe they are busy I should just wait but then I noticed that other customers walked in and got help this is when I got very angry. One of the other managers (white lady) looked straight at me from afar and then carried on to ignore me. This is when I decided to leave. My sister and I got up and walked to the door where the manager who seated us stood, I told him that their service is very unprofessional and that I been waited for about half an hour with no help. All he then said was: “well can I help you now”. Upset at his attitude I left the restaurant. As I looked back into the restaurant I seen the other manager (white lady) standing at the place where we were seated and just picked up our menus with a smirk on her face.

Being the only Indians in that restaurant I felt that the managers were very ****** towards us and clearly felt as if they didn’t not want us there! It is absolutely ridiculous for people like to even work in the hospitality sector. They bring a shame to the name of panarottis.
