Disgusted in Management

<p>I went to eat at Panarottis Claremont last night. Our order was taken verbally. The wrong order was brought .Asked for the manager to attend. I was told that the Manager said he is busy and cant attend that moment. Well im still waiting on him.Managers name was Garth.</p> <p>I stay in Claremont and eat out on a regular basis.Ive dealt with two Managers at this Pana before,John and Chantelle.Sad to say i never posted good reviews on them.They adressed my concerns immediately. </p> <p>The worst is a manager hiding behind his staff.Im in the service industry myself and know about good customer service.</p> <p>I hope the owner and head office of this franchise address this issue.</p> <p>I dont need an apology or a phone call.I dont want anything. All i want is this to be addressed urgently </p>
