Disgusted

Hi, I will never go to Panarottis again.My family and I have always enjoyed our times at Panarottis until this festive. We decided to go and see the new section of the Rosebank Mall that was upgraded, and when we saw Panarottis we knew that was the place to go, with our 3 children, aged 13, 10 and 3. To our surprise while waiting for our drinks I ask the waiter if there are ladies watching the children, and he assured me that there was someone watching them. Something still prompted me to watch my 3 year old, and thank goodness I did, another child twice his age pinched , scratched and slapped him twice across the face, i only noticed when he was slapped and ran over to stop this youngster. My baby was so traumatized that he cried for 15 -20 minutes after this horrific event. No had the decency to apologize not even the mother ,and the \so called ladies were no were to be seen"I was so angry and I will tell everyone I know about this"
