Disastrous evening.

I could not believe how disappointed we were on Saturday 6July 2019 at Panarottis Paarl Mall. My wife and I took the kids to have an evening out and it end up to a disastrous evening. First we got an attitude when we ask for the table to be clean. When it came to order drinks after a while of waiting for service the waiter ask my wife for a bottle opener which I do not take as a joke. I ordered a monster plus a standard pizza and we got one side condiment. I requested one more and never came. I stoped one person look if it was someone in charge and she brought me more cheese. After that while were sitting close to the paypoint an argument started between the Panarottis staff which were very loud. We asked for the cheque an the waiter forgot an item she stop us which I also forgot and gave a cash and she just run back and never came back with my change which do not care but still. I love Panarottis and always go to Tygervalley, but never again Paarl.
