Disappointing

Our family went to the eat as much pizza as you like day last week Thursday, we encountered slow service, lack of attention from our waiter who had many tables to wait on. the cutlery is not clean and not up to standard, generally very disappointed in this branch compared to others we have been to and very disappointing to the brand as well. the standard needs to be really raised high.
