Disappointed and Disgusted

<p>On Thursday 26 January I took my wife, mother in law and 2 year old to Panarottis in Middelburg Mall, Mpumalanga. My wife ordered a sub, my mother in law a chicken pasta and I went with the all you can eat pizza. We sat down for service at about 18h15 and ordered our food. By 19h00 I received one piece of pizza and my wife received a scorhed sub which we returned. By 19h30 I had 4 slices of pizza as the waiters only came passed 4 times with various pizza. Various is also not correct, cause I had 3 slices of chicken mayo and one rib and pine slice. By the same time the waiter brought my wife's sub again which was worse than the first one she received. Also burnt!! I called the manager, he asked the waiter to return the sub and get a new one. I complained about the all you can eat. He said he will sort me out. After that the pizza came, but once again it was chicken mayo and rib and pine. Just before 20h00, third time lucky, my wife received a good looking sub which was not burnt. While we eating another slice of pizza arrived, this time a boerie pizza, the waiter dished up for me and dropped melted pizza all over my phone. So this was just it. Bad service, burnt food, no variety with an all you can eat, bland pasta. We left just after 20h00, I had 6 slices of pizza in 2 hours. I will NEVER go back to Panarottis again, which is a pity, still believe its the best pizza and pasta out there. But I will not tolerate bad service. Totally disgusted.</p>
