Dirty plates and glasses

On Friday, 27 April we visited panarottis Zevenwacht mall and received very poor service. This is the branch we visit most as it is closest to home, but we were so disappointed that i can say without a doubt i will never be seen there again or recommend it to anyone. Let's face it, all the other pizza joint are s much more affordable (dominos, pizza hut, romans etc) but to be honest it's just not the same. Panarottis is still the best and most authentic pizza in the western cape i feel, when we want the real thing this is where we go... so can you imagine the disappointment when we received dirty plates and glasses from one of our favourite restaurants. You could feel the dirt on the glasses, from whoever used it before so this wasn't washed and yet we were expected to drink from it. The plates were still covered in oil and seems like it was just wiped and definitely not washed either. Needless to say we left as i wasn't at all comfortable eating there after this. I am expecting and most certainly am not going to take those kinds of risks is terms of hygiense and no one else should be expected to do so either. I'm sure none of the panarottis staff would let their own families eat there given the hygiene levels. When we left the lady in charge asked for my contact details and said thw manager would give me a call, that was Friday and haven't heard a word. My mind is made up that i will never go there again and i hate to complain, but i am doing this so that the issues can be addressed PLEASE, i cringe when i think of all the people who gets served their dishes on dirty plates and glasses and how unhealthy this is. I know this will probably not get taken seriously, as i am just another customer complaining, but i beg of you please address this. When i spoke to the staff member on duty she didn't at all seems surprised so that alone tells me it happens all the time. All i ask is that you have more respect for your customers as their health is in your hands.
