Dirty Fork and Knive

I took my Family to Panarottis Pizza Ballito Junction on Sunday 9th February 2020 it was my sons birthday. My wife noticed that the fork and knife was dirty and she asked the waiter to please change it. The second time around it was still a dirty set that was given and the waiter said that it is very hard to get the dirt off. This was disturbing since we chose to eat out for my sons birthday because he enjoys eating Panarottis Pizza and they also like the Play Area. I am very disappointed with the service.
