Did not get value for money

Very friendly staff.

I had an issue where what was promised to me over a call was not given to me. I paid expecting something and got less. I contacted to tell them that I did not get my money's worth and that the staff messed up and forgot to do what they promised. All I got was an apology. They didn't make me feel valued. Didn't compensate me for the lack of value for money. I think it will be nice if they could give the customer what they deserve even after finding out the customer received a service lacking in value paid.
