Despicable service and people s****s

I am writing this review as I sit inside the Panarottis in Shelly Beach, the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal.

I arrived at the front desk and no one was there. My little sister and I waited for 10 minutes before a dark-haired young lady (wearing a black Panarottis shirt) came to say " Oh, you want a seat?" She went on to seat us and said a waiter would be with us in a few moments. We waited for a further 20minutes until we asked about the waiter who would apparently serve us. She turned around and looked for someone with the other waitresses walking around saying "It's not my table". Finally, after that, a few minutes later someone came to ask for our order. We ordered our food and drinks order together. Our drinks order arrived moments later - which was not a problem. After 40minutes of waiting I asked about the food. The lady I asked did not get back to me. The food then arrived 30minutes later. So we waited a total of 1 hour 10 minutes for a pizza at Panarottis. Thoroughly disappointing. I do not expect a place to be perfect but COMMUNICATE to your customers if there are any issues within the store or behind the scenes. The people sitting at the table right next to us were even asking why everything was taking so long.
