Denied service
At about 21h00 my family & I went to Panarotti ' s at The Grove Mall to grab the pizza. We asked the waitress what time the kitchen & restaurant close. The waitress informed us that it's 21h45 & 22h00 respectively. Upon us sitting down, the waitress came back and told us that the kitchen manager ways the kitchen is closed, and they will not be able to serve us. When we raised the concern the manager then started changing the tune.<br> It was pathetic & disgracing

Thank you for sharing your disappointing visit to The Grove Mall Panarottis. During the week (Monday - Thursday) the restaurant (and the kitchen) closes at 10pm.
If you arrive at the store at 9:58pm they still need to serve you - this is one of the difficulties of being in the hospitality industry :)
We will address this matter with the owner/operator of Panarottis, The Grove and be in touch to offer feedback.
