My wife went to the Panarottis in the Garden Route Mall on her way home from work today as neither of us felt for cooking today. She wanted to make use of their advertised \buy one

We do appreciate that you have taken the time to provide us with feedback of your recent experience at Pana Garden Route Mall and we do apologise that you feel that you have ben mislead.
One of the T&C\s is that the promotion is not available as take-away (aka sit in only). We contacted the store to verify what it says on the outside poster you saw. The senior manager confirmed that at the bottom of the poster the T&C's says \"not available as a take-away\" The same T&C's are on all other marketing material relating to the buy one get one free promo. We will share your feedback with the store so that going forward the T&C's are explained if there is any confusion.
