DECEIT AND POOR SERVICE

So my husband and I visited carnival city to have supper , up on arriving we visited Spur at 10:15pm who turned us down for a table staring that they are closed when the board says they close at 11pm and mentioned that most of their staff are gone home even though we saw plenty staff and customers, we then proceeded to Panarottis where the signage states that they close at 00h00, when we requested a table there the lady told us that they are closed, again while there are staff and customers inside so I asked her as well about the hours on the board and she told me that they need to remove the board because it's all wrong and she cannot help us. We had to spend our night eating a sandwich from the casino floor due to the restaurants that supposed to be open not allowing us a table to order our meals.
